Alba Brojka is a Policy Associate focusing on digital transition and public policy. She has held many positions in national, regional and international institutions including the OSCE, European Endowment for Democracy, Regional Youth Cooperation Office and the Ministry for Europe and Foreign Affairs in Albania.
Alba has almost a decade of work in public policy analysis, democracy support (NGOs & media), agile project management, leadership and institutional change. She is invested in working for an inclusive and human centered governance of digital technologies.
Alba holds an MPA in Digital Technologies and Public Policy from University College London, and a MA in International Relations and Diplomacy of the EU from the College of Europe. She has graduated in political science from the University of New York Tirana and in law from the University of Tirana. Alba has received executive education from the Harvard Kennedy School and Stanford University, and is a fellow of the Transatlantic Inclusion Leaders Network of the German Marshall Fund
