Valerio Pellegrini is a Policy Lead in Innovation and the Future of Work. He is also a jurist and Professor of Legal Philosophy at the Pontificia Università Gregoriana of Rome.
Valerio also works as a columnist for the Italian national newspaper “il Riformista”.
He brings a robust expertise in project design/submission and project management, particularly within the context of European Union funding mechanisms.
His leadership in the design and submission of EU projects ensures meticulous oversight of the entire proposal process to achieve strict compliance with funding criteria and objectives.

Previously, he worked at Link Campus University as a Project Officer, in the EU Intellectual Property Office in the area of intellectual property, and at the European Patent Office in the area of labor law. Among his latest publications is a monograph in which he develops a new global theory of law ‘The Universal Rights of the Communities:
From the globalization of indifference to a generative one’. Valerio has a PhD in sustainability and peace in the post-global era.
